That's me!

My friends often turn to me to find out what’s going on in the tech world, what latest app I have running on my iPhone and to brainstorm ways to grow or start their business online.

With a background in software engineering, I have over 10 years experience working in various high-tech firms in roles from developer, team leader  and in recent years- product marketing & management*.

Over the years I’ve worked in many leadership roles, surrounded by technology that is changing faster than most people can keep up.

This experience has led me to realize that I’m passionate about: technology, connecting, building relationships with people & surrounding myself with people who uplift and inspire.

SidekickPM was born out of the need for a place where I could do exactly that…help passionate entrepreneurs keep up with the fast paced changes in the online world as well as connect with others and learn from successful, everyday entrepreneurs.

More about Me

I’m Canadian (yes, I say “eh”) and speak three languages: English, French and Punjabi.

I co-founded The Social Woman, a vibrant online community for Canadian women to make friends in their city & attend social events. The goal of The Social Woman is to use technology to connect women locally for socializing and was launched in 2009 in Montreal, Canada. The site has 2000 members concentrated in Montreal and Toronto and has grown its member base and promoted solely through the use of online tools.
